Purchase Executive (Gandhinagar, Gujarat)

Job Description: • Procurement of Material for Solar Industries & any purchase in the company. • Candidate must have experience in Electrical Material Purchase. His responsibility is to carry all material procurement. • He will be responsible for all material Purchases like Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Material. • He must be good in communication in English as well as in Gujarati.. • He should be responsible for maintaining the stock and store department. • Research potential vendors • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing • Track orders and ensure timely delivery • Review the quality of purchased products • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
